MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) – A former Miami-Dade County police detective, after pleading guilty to protecting a pot ring, is facing a minimum of five years in federal prison. U.S. District Judge Robert Scola is scheduled to sentence Roderick Silva, 45, in July.
