Detective: Shot car thief wanted cops to 'finish the job'

A woman was warming up her car outside when Slade emerged from the business. The woman was standing outside her car, Seattle Detective Donna Stangeland said in charging papers, when Slade jumped in the driver seat and tried to drive away.
